How do I register my product warranty?
Use the "Warranty Registration" tab in the form panel. Enter your purchase date, invoice number, product serial code and brand details. Save it in your profile for fast lookup.
What is your AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) coverage?
Our AMC plans include 4 periodic visits, electrical load calibration checkups, grounding loop checks, panel maintenance scans, and priority 24-hr emergency response at discounted labor rates.
How can I file a complaint or service issue?
Log into your profile dashboard and select the "Support Tickets" tab. If you have an active booking, you can directly link the issue to it. Otherwise, submit a "Raise Complaint" form here.
Do you offer direct home delivery for wholesale materials?
Yes, we provide logistics delivery across Salempur, Deoria, Sohanpur, Mairwa and Siwan for authorized dealers and bulk orders over ₹20,000.
